Being a graduate in Computer Science & Engineering, Palash worked both in local & international arena mostly to ensure efficient & effective telecom network and service assurance management domain by applying appropriate technology and solution. He has 360 degree on telecom network & service management operations and in-depth understanding of related process, tools and subject matter expertise. He has been involved making a telecom network multi-vendor performance management application on top of Big Data Architecture as Lead Developer & Architect in abroad. Having practically experienced in Big Data technologies and tool set, Palash conducted multiple hands on training on Big Data, Python, NO-SQL DB, Shell Scripting etc. & contributed couple of foreign university researches based on Big Data. He has also international conference and journal research paper published on telecommunication technologies and completed couple of professional IT certifications. Moreover, Palash is involved to provide consultancy to many startups on IT Enable innovative services business modeling, executive plan and designing required applications.
